Hey there, this is Mark with Burgdorf Wealth Managers.
Today, we’re talking Medicare.
Open Enrollment for 2026 starts October 15, 2025, and runs through December 7, 2025.
When Open Enrollment comes around each year, it’s the perfect opportunity to look over your current coverage, compare different plans, and make any changes to your coverage, if need be.
This is the time you can update or switch Part C (your Medicare Advantage plan) and/or Part D (your prescription drug coverage). And these changes will go into effect on the first of the new year.
But you may be wondering why it’s important to review your coverage to begin with.
And the reason is cost.
Healthcare and prescription costs are ever-changing, and what may have worked for you this year, could end up costing you in the coming year.
Reviewing your options during Open Enrollment helps ensure you have the right coverage at the right cost for the year ahead.
At Burgdorf Wealth Managers, we encourage our clients to take advantage of this window of opportunity–even if they don’t expect to make changes.
If you’d like help understanding your options, comparing plans, or making adjustments, our team is here–and we want to help.
Medicare decisions can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone.
If you’re ready to review your coverage, reach out to us, and let’s make sure your Medicare plan is ready for what the new year may bring.
